Job Summary

• Bervidson Group is looking for passionate, smart, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing retail team as Retail Sales Associates.
• If you are energetic, well-presented, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
• The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and supporting the daily operations of the boutique/store.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, sales confidence, and the ability to create memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service:

• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Drive sales and achieve individual sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently

Store Operations:

• Maintain excellent product presentation and store cleanliness
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Support merchandising and promotional activities
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards

Team Support:

• Work collaboratively with team members
• Participate in training and product knowledge sessions
• Contribute positively to the store culture and performance

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart appearance and professional grooming
• Customer-focused with strong selling ability
• Energetic, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work flexible retail hours

Added Advantage:

• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry, or lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and social selling.

Salary

• N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
