Job Title: Caregiver (Home Experience)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join a professional care home team.
- The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a care home and be skilled in providing daily support and personal care to residents while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Support mobility and basic physical exercises
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow care plans and safety procedures
- Assist with meals and daily living activities
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in a care home (compulsory)
- Minimum SSCE qualification (healthcare certification is an advantage)
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle elderly care and emergencies calmly.
Salary
N100,000 per month.
