Job Summary

  • The Operations Coordinator supports all Operations Officers within the unit to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and delivery of exceptional client service.
  • The role is responsible for supporting the proper execution of pest management services in line with Boecker® standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement the standards outlined in the Boecker® Operations Manual.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments one day in advance in coordination with Operations Officers and Senior Operations Officers.
  • Receive technicians’ feedback after treatments, document observations, filter data, prepare reports, and circulate information through the appropriate channels when required.
  • Suggest improvements to reports and forms based on client feedback and operational requirements.
  • Update sanitation and proofing recommendation lists shared with clients alongside treatment reports.
  • Identify recurring infestation cases or situations involving lack of client cooperation that require escalation to the Operations Manager.
  • Assist in organizing operational and technical training sessions.
  • Respond to client inquiries relating to services, complaints, and technical concerns.
  • Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding sanitation and proofing recommendations.
  • Provide technicians with feedback concerning client complaints or operational issues.
  • Assist in reviewing Treatment Reports and flag any negative findings or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain effective system data entry, electronic filing, and archiving systems.
  • Represent Boecker® at exhibitions, forums, and industry-related events when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a related role.
  • Proven experience in customer service or operational support functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and operational tools.

Salary
N200, 000 - N250,000 per month.
