Job Title: Internal Audit Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Ogun (with travel to Kano and Cameroon)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to support governance, risk management, and internal control across our multi-site manufacturing operations in Nigeria and Cameroon.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans across 3 Ogun plants, Kano, and Cameroon operations
• Review manufacturing processes including inventory, production costing, procurement, and fixed assets
• Conduct surprise stock counts and verify raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Assess operational, financial, tax, and regulatory compliance risks
• Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and fraud risks using data analytics
• Prepare audit reports and track resolution of findings to closure
• Work closely with plant and finance teams to strengthen internal controls

Requirements

• ICAN qualification is mandatory (ACCA acceptable); CIA/CISA is an advantage
• 4–7 years audit experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing (FMCG/industrial preferred)
• Strong understanding of costing, inventory management, and production processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
• Willingness to travel frequently within Nigeria and internationally (Cameroon)
• Big 4 experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
