Job Summary
- The Architect (General Maintenance Supervisor) will oversee and coordinate all general maintenance activities within the organization.
- The role involves supervising maintenance teams, ensuring facilities and structures are properly maintained, monitoring repair works, and ensuring all maintenance operations comply with organizational standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the general maintenance team.
- Inspect buildings, facilities, and structures regularly to identify maintenance needs and defects.
- Plan and oversee repair, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Monitor contractors and maintenance staff to ensure quality work delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, repairs, and facility conditions.
- Recommend improvements and cost-effective maintenance solutions.
- Ensure proper utilization and management of maintenance materials and tools.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and operational issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
Performance Indicators
- Timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Reduction in maintenance complaints/issues
- Proper supervision of maintenance staff

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 2–5 years relevant experience in facility management or maintenance supervision.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance systems and construction practices.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and architectural/design software is an added advantage.
