Role Overview
- The Operations & Technical Manager will oversee the integrity of production, ensuring that every garment reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship, fit, and finish and most importantly within set timeline.
- This role bridges creative vision with technical execution and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production from concept to final delivery
- Enforce rigorous quality control standards across all garments and deliverables
- Manage production teams, timelines, and workflow efficiency
- Translate design intent into precise technical execution
- Identify and resolve production challenges proactively
- Continuously refine systems for operational excellence.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in garment construction and production processes
- Proven experience managing teams within a structured environment
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to uphold high standards under pressure
- Experience within luxury or high-end fashion is strongly preferred.
