Job Summary
- As the HR & Corporate Services Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across human resources, administration, and corporate services functions, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining operational excellence and compliance within a fast-growing energy business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR and corporate services strategies aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning
- Manage corporate services functions, including administration, facilities, travel coordination, vendor management, and office operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Drive employee engagement, organizational development, culture initiatives, and HR reporting to executive management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields
- 10 - 15 years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, HRCI, or equivalent is mandatory
- Experience within the energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, engineering, or other highly regulated sectors is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, labor relations, and corporate services management skills.
