Myafrimall Logistics Limited is seeking a smart and customer-focused customer service representative for our Abuja branch. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and a good understanding of order processing and shipment coordination.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mafemi Crescent, Jabi - Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
- Conduct inspections of items for defects and report any issues accordingly.
- Maintain detailed and organised records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring clients and internal teams receive timely updates.
- Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare all required shipping documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in any relevant field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or logistics operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
