Job Summary

• A leading luxury retail company is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Control Manager to oversee risk management, ensure operational compliance, and strengthen internal control processes. Retail or luxury goods experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor internal control frameworks.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and reviews for compliance.
• Monitor inventory, financial transactions, and operations.
• Prepare reports on findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Internal Control, Audit, or related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Intermediate Excel and data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented and integrity-driven.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
