Job Title: Cashier

Location: Mandilas , Lagos Island - Lagos

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a diligent, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Cashier to join the team in Lagos.
  • The ideal individual would handle and manage the array’s of customers on a B2B or B2C bases with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders at the counter base on order.
  • Handle all transactions, POS, and other customer payments
  • Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records
  • Reconcile daily cash sales and balance the register
  • Provide excellent and professional customer service
  • Support basic sales documentation and reporting
  • Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of company fund
  • Manage impatient or irritated customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the register, including all credit card and cash operations are well detailed.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of an OND, HND, or BSc Degree
  • Previous experience in a cashier or similar roles
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Excellent mathematical and multitasking abilities.
  • Honest, reliable, and well-organized personality
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with flexibility on a shift basis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
  • The candidate must stay in close proximity to preferred location.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
