Onyx Beauty Hub is a luxury hair brand that offer wholesale and retail of virgin hair and raw single donor hairs . We offer variety of hair textures, including straight, wavy and curly hairs. Our hairs are carefully sourced and selected from various donors in China,Vietnam,Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, India, Burma, Argentina

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer / Account Assistant

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and financial operations
• Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately
• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems
• Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
• Monitor inflow and outflow of funds
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
• Assist with bank reconciliation and account balancing
• Support inventory and operational expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and policies
• Assist during audits and financial reviews

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 2–3 years accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools/software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Added Advantage:

• Experience in retail, beauty, fashion, or production industry
• Knowledge of inventory/account reconciliation processes

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 / Month.
