We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Hydraulic Systems, Gears, and Utility
• Supervise and support techniciansduring maintenance jobs.
• Inspect and monitor critical rotating equipment for vibration, temperature, and lubrication conditions.
• Participate in root cause analysis of failures and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, and spares requirements in coordination with the planning team.
• Ensure adherence to mechanical safety standards, work permits, and housekeeping during all maintenance work.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning new mechanical equipment or plant modifications.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate daily activity reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of Hydraulic Systems, Gears, and Utility
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and engineering drawings.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
