Role Overview

• Are you an experienced Management Consultant looking to take on high-impact advisory roles across multiple organisations and sectors? This opportunity is designed for professionals who bring deep consulting expertise and are ready to influence strategy, transformation, and performance at scale.
• The role offers the chance to work with diverse clients across industries, solving complex business and people challenges that extend beyond the scope of any single organisation.
• Engagements span strategy design, organisational transformation, performance improvement, and change management — with the opportunity to shape measurable outcomes for leading institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, and organisational performance for diverse clients.
• Diagnose complex business challenges through structured analysis (internal scans, market assessments, stakeholder interviews) and develop actionable recommendations.
• Design and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with client strategic objectives and global best practices.
• Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings to drive consensus and decision-making.
• Develop high-quality deliverables including diagnostic reports, business cases, implementation plans, and board-level presentations.
• Build and sustain trusted advisory relationships with C-suite and senior leadership across client organisations.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants on engagements, ensuring quality and consistency of delivery.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, contributing to practice growth and client development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced Degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) from a reputable institution preferred.
• Professional certifications in relevant consulting disciplines are advantageous.
• 7+ years of progressive experience
• Prior experience in Management Consulting, preferably from a Big 4 firm or global boutique consulting firm.
• Demonstrated exposure to global markets or multinational client environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
• Ability to independently lead engagements and deliver measurable business impact.
• Broad sectoral knowledge across industries, including financial services, energy, FMCG, public sector, or technology.
