Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while meeting set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and on-ground territory visits.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the company’s products and services.
  • Generate and nurture leads to achieve sales conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Provide timely feedback and market insights to management.
  • Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of basic digital tools and reporting platforms.
  • Candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

Compensation Structure

  • Monthly Base Salary: N150,000
  • Commission: 5% on confirmed sales.
