We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

First things first… this is NOT your regular office job. If you love:

  • Talking, teaching, or explaining things clearly
  • Helping people “get it” without stress
  • Sales, business growth, and real impact
  • Working with energetic business owners (not boring routines)

You will be our Channel Training Specialist, basically the person who makes sure our distributors and service center owners KNOW what to do and HOW to sell better.

You will:

  • Turn “confusing info” into simple, clear training people understand instantly
  • Train distributors, service center owners, and business owners (online + physical sessions)
  • Help new service centers get started properly
  • Create easy-to-follow training guides and materials
  • Track results and see what training is actually working (yes, you will use Excel and tools like Power BI)
  • Travel sometimes for on-site training and store support
  • This is NOT HR training or internal employee training. This is business growth training.

Requirements
No experience? Its Okay. Yes, you read that right.
We are open to:

  • Fresh graduates 🎓
  • People with little or no experience
  • Anyone who is confident, smart, and willing to learn fast

You just need:

  • A Degree in any related field (Business, Marketing, Education, Mass Comm, or a related field)
  • Good communication skills
  • Confidence to speak in front of people (or willingness to build it)
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint + Excel
  • Interest in training, sales, or business growth.
