Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Job Summary
- We are looking for a resourceful candidate who will be responsible for all the company’s product development.
- You will work closely with a cross-functional team to improve the existing product and launch new products.
Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will be responsible for;
- Define the roadmap for core platforms
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for platform differentiation, market trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for innovation.
- Developing and creating a clear product strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams with members of the design team, product and software developers, and others responsible for platform outcomes.
- Define and manage product requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to ensure the product's success.
- Overseeing products from idealization, documentation, process, and launch
- Define and track North Star Metrics and tie every platform initiative to measurable business outcomes.
- Mentor and coach junior PMs, building technical fluency and ownership mindset.
- Set the cultural bar for problem-first, metrics-driven product updates.
- Institutionalizing standards, playbooks, and documentation and manage a comprehensive documentation of all the company’s products’
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Relevant trainings and certification
- 3- 5years’ experience in product management, including a track record of leading successful product launches with at least 2 years in platform/technical product ownership.
- Proven track record of shipping and scaling infrastructure products with measurable business impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across engineering, design, and business.
- Knowledge of programming stacks such as HTML, Laravel, and SQL
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Mixpanel, PostHog, Grafana)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
- Strong technical fluency, with experience in using spreadsheets and project management tools, is an added advantage.
Salary
N500,000 per month.
