Our organization has a strong competence in providing secure and continuously available Information technology/infrastructure solutions to organizations, institutions and parastatals as required which helps its clients drive efficiency and improve its service delivery. The company has several notable products; Krystal IT Academy, Central Billing System, iLearnNG and Myskool portal to her credit alongside other non-disclosed works.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: Wuse Zone 7, Abuja

Job Summary

• We are looking for a resourceful candidate who will be responsible for all the company’s product development.
• You will work closely with a cross-functional team to improve the existing product and launch new products.

Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will be responsible for;

• Define the roadmap for core platforms
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for platform differentiation, market trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for innovation.
• Developing and creating a clear product strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
• Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams with members of the design team, product and software developers, and others responsible for platform outcomes.
• Define and manage product requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to ensure the product's success.
• Overseeing products from idealization, documentation, process, and launch
• Define and track North Star Metrics and tie every platform initiative to measurable business outcomes.
• Mentor and coach junior PMs, building technical fluency and ownership mindset.
• Set the cultural bar for problem-first, metrics-driven product updates.
• Institutionalizing standards, playbooks, and documentation and manage a comprehensive documentation of all the company’s products’

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Relevant trainings and certification
• 3- 5years’ experience in product management, including a track record of leading successful product launches with at least 2 years in platform/technical product ownership.
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling infrastructure products with measurable business impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across engineering, design, and business.
• Knowledge of programming stacks such as HTML, Laravel, and SQL
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Mixpanel, PostHog, Grafana)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
• Strong technical fluency, with experience in using spreadsheets and project management tools, is an added advantage.

Salary
N500,000 per month.
