Job Title: HR Assistant / Recruitment Intern

Description

• We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, staff documentation, onboarding, and daily administrative HR tasks.
• This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding of new employees
• Prepare HR reports and correspondence
• Handle staff inquiries and administrative support
• Assist with attendance and leave tracking
• Support training and staff development activities
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–4years experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
