We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Laboratory Officer

Location: Nigeria

Role Summary

• The Laboratory Officer will be responsible for performing mix design daily for new admixtures and render technical support to customers.

General Responsibilities

• Performs concrete mix trials for new admixtures
• Testing, logging & reporting of test results
• Assist in formulating new product in the R&D and follow up on daily development of new product
• Support customers with technical issues on site
• Assist with resolution of customer complaints
• Support the sales team in training of customers, applicators, or distributors
• Support the QC officer in achieving the daily routine QC testing
• Ensure safe work practices, handling of chemicals and EHS principles are adhered to in all aspects of lab activities .

Qualifications
Experience & Competencies

• Degree in Chemistry or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years oconcrete testing experience
• Knowledge of construction chemicals
• Proficient in use of MS Office suites
• Experience in the use of an ERP (SAP preferred) .
