Job Summary
- We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in SME Banking to drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and portfolio growth within the business banking segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage SME clients.
- Market business banking products and services.
- Drive deposit mobilization and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Cross-sell loans, digital banking, and other financial products.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and internal banking policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2–5 years banking experience in SME/Business Banking and Microfianance Banking.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
