We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • To lead, train and motivate a team of property agents to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • To drive business growth by developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and overseeing daily operations and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design actionable plans to generate leads, close deals, and increase the firm's market share.
  • Monitor local real estate trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to adjust pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, investors, and industry partners to drive referral business.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all sales practices, contracts, and property transactions adhere to local and national real estate laws and ethical standards.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8years in real estate sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, real estate, or a related field is often preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market, property valuation, and relevant legal frameworks.
