TeamAce Limited - Our client, a reputable organization in the Lifting Solutions sector, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Supervisor (Elevator Installation & Site Management)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Accra & Lome

Job Summary

• As the Technical Supervisor, you will oversee elevator installation projects, supervise field engineers, and ensure all projects are delivered according to technical, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field engineers and coordinate installation activities across multiple sites
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with OEM and safety standards
• Manage project timelines, site readiness assessments, and commissioning processes
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Train and mentor technical teams while ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• HND / B.Eng. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years experience in elevator installation with at least 2 years in supervisory role
• Strong expertise in traction, MRL, hydraulic, or vacuum elevator systems
• OEM elevator certification from recognized brands is highly preferred.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 monthly.
