Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire a smart, result-driven, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth, brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
• The ideal candidate must possess strongcommunication, and business development skills with a proven track record in marketing and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s renewable energy products and services.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across target markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and brand communication.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present marketing reports, sales forecasts, and performance analytics to management.
• Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, product launches, and marketing activations.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with business goals.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
• Supervise and mentor marketing team members where necessary.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and visibility across all channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales management.
• Prior experience in the renewable energy, power, technology, engineering, or related industry is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market penetration strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales and marketing targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
• Must be resident in or willing to relocate to Abuja.
• Gender Preference: Female
• Age Range: 25–40 years

Salary
NGN 700,000 / Month + 3% Gross Commission.
