Overview
- We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative Product Designer to join our growing team.
- This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual design capability with sharp product thinking and enjoys solving complex product problems through intuitive and elegant design solutions.
- As a Product Designer at Busha, you will play a key role in shaping product experiences that are functional, accessible, visually polished, and aligned with business and customer needs.
What you will do
- Design intuitive experiences that elevates the CX and overall product quality
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine open ended problem and opportunity spaces
- Generate insights either by talking to our customers or leveraging analytical tools to form probable hypotheses
- Proactively contribute to, elevate and maintain our design system
- Operate across multiple product areas, often adopting a PM mindset to drive projects from initial concept to shipped prototypes
- Extensively dogfood the product, to identify opportunities for improvement
- Present and communicate design decisions with clear rationale
The ideal candidate must have
- 5+ years verifiable shipping experience designing delightful products used by real people
- Exceptional craft skills, evidenced by a strong portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that showcases your end-to-end thinking
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
