Job Title: HR / Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR and administrative operations of the company
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate staff training, performance management, and appraisals
- Supervise office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations
- Handle disciplinary matters and conflict resolution professionally
- Support management in strategic planning and organizational development.
Requirements
- Good educational qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 10 years proven work experience in HR/Admin management
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage administrative operations effectively
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
