Description
- We are hiring a high-performing and commercially driven Sales & Business Development Leader to spearhead enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion for a fast-growing, impact-focused organisation operating at the intersection of leadership development, innovation, and ecosystem building.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive enterprise sales across leadership programs, platforms, and events
- Lead high-value B2B sales engagements with senior executives in multinational organisations
- Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets
- Build and manage strategic relationships with HR, L&D, and C-suite stakeholders
- Drive renewals, expansions, and multi-year enterprise partnerships
- Structure and sell bundled offerings, sponsorships, and customised solutions
- Manage sales pipelines, external partners, and agencies to ensure consistent deal flow.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage
- 7+ years’ experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record in selling to senior decision-makers in large organisations
- Experience delivering leadership, consulting, events, or ecosystem-based solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for significant revenue generation (₦500M+)
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strong network across corporate, tech, creative, or institutional sectors is a plus.
