Role Description
- Work with the team to ensure the company's processess run smoothly and efficiently daily.
- This is a full-time role for an operations personnelat CashBox in Victoria Island, Lagos, with flexibility for hybrid work.
- The role involves Complaints Resolution & Payment Processing while working with a team in the company..
- The role involves resolving of complaints escalated by customer service department.
- Handling of payments including processing, refunds etc.
Requirements
- B.Sc in any field.
- MUST have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a structured firm orcompany.
- Very fluent in written and spoken English.
- Age: Not above 28 years.
- Understanding of basic financial practices.
- Must be very computer literate and tech-savvy
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, complex environment and to adapt to change.
