Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, proactive, and organized Social Media & Admissions Support Officerwho will support the company’s digital growth, customer engagement, admissions processing, visa support, lead generation, and administrative coordination.
- The ideal candidate should be social media savvy, detail-oriented, customer-friendly, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsAppand other platform
- Assist with recording, editing, and posting videos and graphics
- Write captions, hashtags, and content descriptions
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, and Dms
- Support the growth and visibility of the brand using content and social media strategies
- Utilize tools such as Canva, CapCut, and other AI/content tools to improve productivity.
Lead Generation & Follow Up:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from social media and WhatsApp
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and clients
- Qualify leads and direct serious prospects into the sales pipeline
- Maintain organized records of leads and conversations
- Support conversion of prospects into paying clients.
Admissions & Visa Support:
- Assist clients with admission and application processes
- Organize and review application documents and checklists
- Track application progress and communicate updates to clients
- Support visa application preparation and documentation
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized records using Google Drive, spreadsheets, or CRM tools
- Attend meetings and provide weekly operational updates
- Prepare weekly reports on content performance, leads, and application progress
- Assist with customer service and client communication when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Consistency and quality of social media content published weekly
- Growth in engagement, visibility, and followers across platforms
- Number of qualified leads generated and followed up
- Response time to customer inquiries and follow-up effectiveness
- Number of successful admissions and visa support cases handled
- Accuracy in record keeping and reporting
- Overall professionalism, productivity, and contribution to team goals.
Requirements & Preferred Qualities
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline
- 2 years and above experience in social media, customer service, admissions support, or administrative roles
- Age Range: 25 -35 years
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation
- Ability to create simple graphics and video content
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and AI tools is an advantage
- Creative thinker with a positive and professional attitude
- Fast learner, responsible, proactive, and trustworthy
- Interest in travel, relocation, education, or international opportunities is an added advantage.
Salary
N160,000 Monthly.
