Job Title: Unit Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Position Summary
- The Unit Manager will oversee operational coordination, administrative management, reporting, and team supervision within the organization.
- The ideal candidate must be ICAN certifiied, possess strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior management and drive operational excellence.
Key Interfaces:
- Managing Director (MD)
- General Manager (GM)
- Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily unit operations.
- Prepare operational and management reports.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Support business growth initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational targets.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and administrative processes.
- Ensure effective communication between management and operational teams.
- Assist in implementing company policies and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a structured organization.
- Female candidate preferred.
- Age range: 35 – 40 years.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
- Real estate industry experience is an added advantage.
