Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and creative individual to serve as a trusted operational and media extension of the CEO.
- This role combines executive support with content and brand coordination, making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing schedules and capturing compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate emails, appointments, and reminders.
- Assist with documentation and corporate correspondence.
- Liaise with partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Media & Brand Coordination:
- Capture photos and videos of business activities, events, and travel.
- Create and edit short-form content for social media.
- Assist with content planning, posting, and organization.
- Support the CEO's personal and corporate brand presence.
- Help document projects, site visits, conferences, and community initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Experience with photography and smartphone videography.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and modern content trends.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
- Comfortable traveling and attending events when required.
