Job Title: Experience Centre Officer (Digital Banking Sales)
Location: Festac, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking smart, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Marketplace Digital Experience Centre Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sign up and onboard new business customers/merchants
- Promote and deploy digital banking products such as POS terminals and payment solutions
- Educate customers on the use of digital banking products
- Support merchants with onboarding and resolve basic issues
- Participate in market campaigns and business engagement activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants
- Drive transaction growth and usage of digital channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience (banking or financial services experience is an added advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must not be more than 26 years old
- Candidates must reside in Festac or its environs.
