Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent service delivery.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process customer requests and follow up on issues until resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns effectively
- Support daily operational activities as required.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Candidates residing around Abakpa and its environs will be given preference.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
