Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Executive

Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services
• Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities
• Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals to develop effective marketing materials Organize and attend real estate events, such as open houses, to promote properties and services
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in real estate marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
• Understanding of market trends and customer preferences
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
