Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Tiler
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare work surfaces by cleaning, leveling, repairing, waterproofing, and applying primers where necessary to achieve optimal tiling conditions.
- Interpret tiling layouts, drawings, and specifications to accurately measure, cut, fit, and install a variety of wall and floor tiles.
- Perform tile repairs, replacements, and maintenance work as required to restore damaged or worn surfaces.
- Carry out related masonry and finishing works, including screeding, rendering, patching, and surface touch-ups to support project completion.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and strong communication skills in all work activities.
Relevant Work Experience / Qualifications
- Hold a Trade Test qualification or equivalent certification.
- Possess 3-6 years of professional experience in tile installation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
