Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ikirun, Osun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Procurement Officer to oversee purchasing activities across Food4less supermarket Limited.
• The ideal candidate must be skilled in vendor management, price negotiation, market sourcing, and ensuring timely supply of quality goods at the best prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
• Raise purchase orders and follow up on timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and maintain vendor database.
• Ensure all purchased items meet quality standards.
• Work with the inventory and accounts teams to reconcile deliveries and invoicing.
• Prevent stock shortages through proactive planning and timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procurement activities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Supply Chain, or any related field with 1–3years experience in procurement (supermarket, retail, or food industry is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic procurement processes and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail.
• Must live within or close to Ikirun / Osogbo/ Iragbiji axis

Salary & Benefits

• Attractive Salary: N90,000 - N120,000 / Month (based on experience).
