Job Title: Educational Sales Representative (Tertiary)

Job Overview

  • To strengthen our presence across key markets, we are seeking to engage a motivated Educational Sales Representative (Tertiary).
  • The role is based in Ibadan and involves promoting and marketing the Company’s educational products and services to tertiary institutions, lecturers, departmental units, campus bookstores, and other relevant stakeholders within the assigned coverage area.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills, with the ability to build and sustain productive relationships within the tertiary education sector, achieve set sales targets, and drive business growth.

Job Description

  • To promote and sell Higher Educational Books (tertiary).
  • Visit various Higher (tertiary) institutions to solicit business.
  • Sell Higher Educational Books and other reading books to booksellers.
  • Mount exhibitions at book fairs, seminars and conference.

Qualification & Experience

  • BSc / HND qualification in Marketing or any related discipline with a minimum of Second-class lower division or lower credit.
  • Minimum of two (2) years cognate experience in sales / marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically.
  • Good driving skills with valid driver’s license.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the publishing industry, and tertiary educational system in Nigeria.
  • Not more than 35 years of age.
  • Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) will be an added advantage.
