They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a commercially driven and well-connected Commercial Sales Representative to support charter sales growth on a contract basis.
  • The ideal candidate will source direct charter clients, generate flight opportunities, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, travel managers, executive assistants, protocol officers, brokers, and international charter contacts.
  • This role suits someone with strong networking skills, confidence, discretion, excellent communication, and a genuine interest in aviation, luxury service, client relations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source direct private charter clients for the Company.
  • Generate local, regional, and international charter flight opportunities.
  • Introduce the Company to corporate clients, HNIs, travel managers, protocol teams, executive assistants, and other decision-makers.
  • Promote the Company’s aircraft, services, and charter availability professionally.
  • Follow up on leads and support the conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Meet agreed monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
  • Represent the Company brand with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with proven experience in sales, networking, or client relationship management.
  • Ability to connect with high-value clients and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Professional appearance and discretion.
  • Experience in aviation, luxury, hospitality, travel, protocol, or corporate sales is an advantage.
  • Must be target-driven and trustworthy.

Compensation & Probation

  • Probation Period: The first 1 month will serve as a probation period. The monthly retainer will commence after successful completion, based on agreed performance metrics and lead-generation targets.
  • Monthly retainer: Highly competitive and attractive, effective after probation.
  • Commission: Payable on every successfully confirmed and paid charter flight introduced by the representative.
  • Commission structure and targetswill be agreed in writing before commencement.
