We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account / Finance Officer

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise, review, and post payment, receipt, and journal vouchers accurately and promptly
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare periodic financial reports and schedules
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Ensure timely remittance of taxes and other statutory obligations
• Reconcile ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning and control
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• B.S.c. Degree / HND in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in accounting and finance
• ATS certification or active ICAN student status is required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Experience in raising and posting payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
• Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
