Job Title: Operations Officer
Location: Chevron, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments (sales, production, logistics, and customer service)
- Ensure smooth workflow between front-end (sales/customer service) and back-end (production and inventory) teams
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and adherence to company processes
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Track business performance and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure deadlines for orders, production, and deliveries are consistently met
- Support management in planning and executing business strategies.
Requirements
- Tech savy to monitor upload of products to the website
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Previous operations experience is an advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 per month.
