Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.
  • The role involves managing office activities, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and supporting various departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other administrative transactions.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of company records.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support onboarding activities and other administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 - 4 years experience.
