Job Summary
- The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.
- The role involves managing office activities, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and supporting various departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other administrative transactions.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of company records.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders as required.
- Support onboarding activities and other administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 - 4 years experience.
