We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Bike Rider)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Abia, Adamawa, Anambra, Bauchi, Benue, Cross River , Ekiti, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Oyo, Sokoto, Taraba, and Zamfara
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers and outlets within assigned territories using a bike
• Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers
• Generate and process customer orders accurately
• Deliver products promptly and ensure proper documentation of deliveries
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify new sales opportunities within assigned routes
• Collect payments where applicable and ensure proper reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer feedback
• Report daily activities, challenges, and market insights to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND (or equivalent) with 2-5 years experience.
• Previous experience in sales, distribution, or field marketing is an advantage
• Ability to ride a bike with a valid rider’s permit (where required)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.

Salary
N140,000 / Month + Commission if applicable.
