Description
- We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Officer to support the effective delivery of HR operations across our Demsa facility.
- The successful candidate will coordinate core HR processes including employee records management, recruitment support, onboarding, payroll administration support, performance management coordination, and employee relations activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years relevant HR experience
- Working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
- HR certification (CIPM or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Candidates living in or familiar with Northern Nigeria will have a strong advantage.
