We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Internal Auditor (Supermarket / FMCG Retail)

Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

• We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor with strong experience in FMCG or retail supermarket operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, minimizing risk, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic audits of sales, inventory, and cash processes
• Monitor stock movements and investigate variances/shrinkage
• Review daily sales reconciliation and cash handling procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Perform surprise audits across branches
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 2– 4 years’ experience strictly in FMCG or retail supermarket auditing
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and retail audit processes
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA) will be an added advantage.

Salary

• N250,000 net pay monthly
