We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Online Sales / Telesales Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads via social media, email campaigns, and online platforms.
- Sales Funnel Management: Track prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into paying customers.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct product presentations, respond to inquiries, and provide tailored solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Reporting: Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in online or digital sales.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.
Salary
N200,000 - N500,000 monthly.
