Job Title: Farm Assistant (Piggery)

Location: Kumasi, Ghana

Description

• We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Farm Assistant to join our growing agricultural operations in Kumasi, Ghana.
• This opportunity is open to candidates from Nigeria who are willing to relocate.
• Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day farm activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of productivity.
• With free accommodation and feeding, this role is ideal for individuals seeking stable employment in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in general farm activities including planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting.
• Feed and care for livestock (if applicable to the farm section).
• Clean and maintain farm equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Operate basic farm machinery under supervision (training will be provided if necessary).
• Support in sorting, packaging, and storage of farm produce.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Report any issues, damages, or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with other farm workers to meet daily and weekly farm targets.

Requirements

• No formal education required; ability to read and communicate in English is an advantage.
• Prior experience working on a farm is a plus but not compulsory.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Willing to relocate and live on-site in Kumasi, Ghana.
• Responsible, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Good attitude, honesty, and strong work ethics.

• Stable monthly salary (GHC1,500 – GHC2,000)
