Job Description

• We are currently recruiting for a smart, result-driven, and experienced Real Estate Agent to join a dynamic real estate company in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate industry and possess strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source prospective clients and property leads.
• Market and promote available properties to potential buyers and tenants.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients.
• Negotiate property deals and close sales effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide clients with accurate information on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation related to property transactions.
• Meet assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2-3 years experience.
• Proven experience in the real estate industry is compulsory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent sales and marketing abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos real estatemarket.
• Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing is an added advantage

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
