We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fx Sales Account Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products effectively to prospective and existing clients
  • Meet daily call targets and convert leads into successful sales
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client base and market share
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships with Introducing Brokers
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and client acquisition strategies
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to support trading strategies
  • Participate in training programs and continuous professional development
  • Support operational efficiency by assisting with back-office functions when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FX/Forex sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and investments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with trading platforms is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
