Speech and Language Therapist at Mobility Physiotherapy Clinic

Mobility Physiotherapy Clinic is a specialist physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, committed to delivering high-quality evidence-based physiotherapy services. We are expanding our healthcare partnerships and are seeking an experienced professional to lead our HMO engagement and provider network development.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and manage communication, speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in children and/or adults.
• The role will involve a combination of clinic-based consultations or home visits within Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions at the clinic and patients' homes.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate effectively with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Speech and Language Therapy, Speech Pathology, or a related field.
• Relevant professional registration where applicable.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
• Experience in paediatric, adult, neurological, or community-based practice is an advantage.
• Ability to travel within Lagos for home visits.
