Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) to join our engineering team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning, refrigeration, and cold room systems
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal operation
• Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance
• Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, or related field
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of hotel or commercial facility maintenance is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
