Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and experienced African Cuisine Chef to join our team in Sangotedo, Lagos. The ideal candidate must be skilled in preparing a wide variety of Nigerian and African dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of African and Nigerian meals.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Plan daily meal preparation and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor food supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in African cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian soups, stews, rice dishes, swallow meals, grilled dishes, and other African delicacies.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional attitude and excellent work ethic.

Salary
N105,000 per month (Accommodation available).
