Job Title: Cashier (Hospitality)

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Cashier will be responsible for attending to customers, preparing and serving drinks, handling cash transactions, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the bar. The ideal candidate should be courteous, trustworthy, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and take drink or service orders professionally
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
• Receive payments and issue receipts accurately
• Balance cash register and maintain proper transaction records
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary
• Resolve customer complaints politely and escalate when required
• Support smooth operations across the lounge when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE with 2-3 years experience
• Previous experience as a Cashier, or in a similar hospitality role
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash accurately
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
